House plans HDC encourages clients to bring in home plan ideas or choose from any one of the hundreds of home plans we have built in the past, and then make changes to them. The home designers will help you personalize your home to fit your needs, desires and lifestyle. It’s all part of the process and is included in the project.

Service HDC has a full time service technician in the field completing one year inspections and service repairs. We provide a ten year structural warranty backed by an A rated insurance company to provide security and protection for our client’s investment.
